There is one address: hello@ratesandlimits.com. There is no form on this page, because this site asks its readers for nothing and has nowhere to put what they type. An email is the whole channel, and what you send in it is all we hold.

If a figure looks wrong

Write to the same address, but read corrections first. It says what a report has to contain to be acted on, why one that names the government document stating the correct amount moves fastest, and what happens to the record afterwards. A figure here cannot be changed on the strength of an email alone, so a message that names no document is the slowest kind to send.

What to put in the message

What gets an answer

What does not

What happens to what you send

It sits in a mailbox and is read by a person. There is no ticketing system behind this address, no autoresponder, and no promised reply time. A correction that turns out to be right is published as its own change and listed on the corrections page, which names the mistake rather than quietly fixing it. Your address is used to reply and for nothing else; what this site does and does not collect is set out under privacy.
